Septic and Sewer System Troubleshooting & Repair

It is important to hire a knowledgeable professional when it comes to septic system issues. Our team has over forty years of combined experience troubleshooting systems and it’s rare for us to find something that we haven’t seen before.  We will evaluate your septic system and determine the best solution for a safe and affordable system that you can depend on. Here are a few of the typical problems we see and their remedy:

Failed lift pumps – Evaluate the size of the existing pump, integrity of electrical connections and other potential failure points, and replace as necessary.

Failed electrical controls – Many pumping systems fail due to poorly configured/installed electrical controls that are not easily serviced. We evaluate any existing controls for reliability and serviceability and reconfigure these controls as necessary.

Frozen Lines – Frozen lines often occur due to poorly installed lines or the slip drip that comes from high efficient furnaces. We thaw the line as necessary and pinpoint the location of the frozen line to evaluate if additional repairs are needed.

Plugged or damaged lines – Use a sewer camera to help identify the integrity of the pipe and location of the blockages or damage within the pipe and make any necessary repairs.

Collapsed/plugged drainfield distribution boxes – Identify the location of the failed components and replace or reconstruct as necessary.

Overloaded systems – Evaluate if the system has been overloaded and pinpoint possible sources of excessive water flows.
